With the increased interest in Stan Weinstein's Stage Analysis method recently, I thought it would be useful to begin this weekends video with an educational feature on the Stage 2A entry point, using the example of AAPL from May 2003.
In the members only content I go through the Major Indexes Update and also review the mega caps current Stages. Then a detailed discussion of the changes in the Sector Breadth charts over the last month, and the shift in the IBD Industry Groups Bell Curve – Bullish Percent chart.
The Industry Group Relative Strength Rankings have a new leading group, and I talk through some of the other changes, before an in-depth look at the Market Breadth charts to help to determine the Weight of Evidence, and a brief discussion of the weeks upcoming earnings.
Finally I go through the watchlist stocks from the last few posts in more detail, discussing what I'm looking for in each and doing some live markups.
