This weeks Stage Analysis Members midweek video features a special on the searching for Stage 1 Bases in the Software Group, as numerous software stocks have been appearing in the watchlist scans over the last month or so and exhibiting a change of behaviour and so could be starting to develop early Stage 1 bases structures. Although the majority are still so early that they would only be considered bases still within their Stage 4 decline currently.

But in order to find future leading stocks and be ready to act when they reach the Wyckoff and Stage Analysis entry zones in late Stage 1 and early Stage 2 – you have to start tracking them as the bases begin to develop, and watch for the signs of accumulation from the institutional traders.

Not all will develop into full Stage 1 bases, and many will fail and make Stage 4 continuation breakdowns. But the process will help you to find the future True Market Leaders (TMLs) if applied correctly with all of the other techniques from Stan Weinstein's method.
