These are stocks very early in the basing process, and most are still in Stage 4 even though they are basing, while others are borderline early Stage 1A, with a few outliers in Stage 2. So they are no where near to the Stage Analysis Investor method entry points, which occur in early Stage 2, or the Wyckoff entry points that occur in late Stage 1 in Phases C & D of the base structures. So from an investor / position trader perspective, I'm highlighting them to watch for potential future entry points to develop as the base structures mature. But from a short term swing trader perspective, they could provide opportunities within their developing bases structures, as many have formed local springs recently.
