Status: Neutral Environment – Stage 2 zone

The US Total Percentage of Stocks above their 50 Day, 150 Day & 200 Day Moving Averages (shown above) pulled back this week with a -7.24% decline, after briefly moving above the 70% in the prior week.

The overall combined average now stands at 61.93% in the US market (NYSE and Nasdaq markets combined) above their short, medium and long term moving averages, which puts it at +10.29% above its own 50 day MA signal line, but it has fallen below the rising 20 day MA by -1.18% and so the status changes a Neutral Environment (as its between the MAs). But remains in the Stage 2 zone (above 60%) currently. 

The Point and Figure (P&F) chart (shown above), reversed to a column of Os on Thursday, declining by 4 Os. Which changes the P&F status to Bull Correction status and strategy to Defense (as it's in a column of Os).
