RE: US Stocks - Watchlist and Discussion (Premium)

It's been a day of extreme breakdowns in the US market, some of which have been highlighted on the short watchlist over the last few months like WFM, but here's a few new additions for the short watchlist

PSEC - Stage 4A

DATA - Attempting a Stage 4 continuation below long term resistance

A few for the long watchlist - ATSG, EA

On another note I wanted to highlight QID - which is the Proshares Ultrashort QQQ Nasdaq ETF, and BIS, which is the Proshares Ultrashort Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF, both of which continue to show an extreme build up in volume.

RE: US Stocks - Watchlist and Discussion (Premium)

A few more for the short watchlist from today's stealth crash in the US market.

ABTL - previous exceptional big winner is breaking down below it's 200 day moving average. The 30 week MA is still rising and so can't be classed as Stage 4A, but has no major support and so could be set for a sharp decline as had an extreme volume build on the way up.

HIMX - is an other big winner (associated with Google glass I think), and has already lost 50% since it's high in March and is now breaking previous support and moving into Stage 4A.

FONR - has been developing a Stage 3 for a number of months and is getting closer to it's 200 day MA currently. It's already below it's 30 week MA, although that's still rising, but if it closes below the recent swing low then it's not got any support until it gets back in the single digits again.

RE: US Stocks - Watchlist and Discussion (Premium)

like CYH for a short due to 150 ma day falling, 35 looks likely to be tested and then no support until 30

just reread Stan's chapter on shorting last night, he said to look at the sectors trending down for the best shorts, have you done such an analysis with sector graphs on this website?
