EPAM - showing strong relative strength to breakout to new highs in the early trade in a down market. Lacking volume though.

CMG - on the move to new highs as well today from a volatility contraction. Again lacking volume though on this breakout move.

With consolidation patterns, you want to see an absence of volume prior to the breakout. And then volume on the breakout day and following. So is a positive sign imo.
