A few interesting moves intraday with more than 3x average daily volume:
CO - potential continuation with volatility contraction
JOSB - attempting a Stage 2 continuation and hitting new all time highs
SEA - sector ETF for the shipping stocks getting some decent relative volume. Individual stocks might be worth a look again. i.e. DRYS, NM, SB, DSX, BALT etc

A couple of single digit midgets with some interesting volume today so far.
ALTI - had a monster Stage 2A breakout back in September and spiked around 200%, and has been pulling back to the 30 week MA since, and has this week broken out of the flag/triangle formation to the upside with strong relative volume pop at 3.6x the average already this week.
[Update] ALTI closed badly on the day, with a large squat on the daily candle. Hence a good example of why you shouldn't consider buying anything until near the close of play. As there is a lot more chance of a false breakout on early intraday entries.
MSLI - a real minnow but looking to make a Stage 2 continuation with more than 2x the weekly average volume so far.

A few single digit midgets that I've already highlighted earlier this month on their weekly charts, that attempting to move into early Stage 2 on the monthly charts with strong relative volume, which would give extra confirmation to their moves - GIGM, BLDP, CNET, FCEL
GIGM - Potential monthly Stage 2A breakout
BLDP - Potential monthly Stage 2A breakout. At five year high, attempting to clear multi year resistance
CNET - monthly Stage 2A breakout
FCEL - Attempting to make a monthly Stage 2A breakout. Needs to close month above $2
