Nope, is looking ropey at the moment imo as made a lower high, is below it's 50 day MA and is close to the prior low, so potential for a breakdown attempt.

   

Have attached the alternate views of it below as well, which is showing a few sell signals and general weakness.

Is the very bottom chart (black line) the momentum index from page 284 chart 8-10?

No, it's the MACD of the Cumulative Advance Decline line. The top one is the Momentum Index from the book.

NYSE Market Breadth Update

Attached is a few of the market breadth charts. Another sell signal appearing today with the NYSE Percentage of Stocks above their 150 Day Moving Averages charts giving a double bottom P&F sell signal. The NYSE Bullish Percent Index moved to Bull Correction status last week on the 5th June and there is a number of sell signals on the NYSE advance decline line measures.

So the WoE for the NYSE is suggesting caution imo, and we will have to see if that carries over into over markets as well.
