IGR.L, the small increase in price and volume has dropped to almost normal levels. Is this a buy? Presume not unless there is some obvious price movement with a good pick up or a pull back and pick up.
   

I do notice a lot of stocks seem not to have large pick ups in volume, rather they have spikes instead.
