There are 2 Presets that you can use as a starting point:

• Spring #2 (Failed Stage 4 Reversal same week)
  
• Spring #1 (Failed Stage 4 Reversal in last 4 weeks)
  

These only cover potential springs at the Stage 4 point though. But I'm looking to add more options soon around this.

whats the best way to identifiy stocks that just printed a spring? Any suggestions for filter settings?
