RIC was highlighted yesterday in the Elite board US watchlist thread, and has continued higher today to test the Stage 2A breakout level. Volume is expanding and is currently 1.7x the weekly average and looks on target to meet the 2x weekly average volume requirement on a Stage 2A breakout, and relative performance versus the S&P 500 has broken above the flattening zero line.
