Cyber Security

With the US listed Cyber Security ETF (HACK) attempting to make a continuation breakout on strong volume this week, I thought I'd look and see if there where any UK listed stocks in the ETF that might be interesting. And there is one called Sophos Group (SOPH.L) that is making a cup and handle pattern near it's highs. So there's potential for a breakout attempt due to the sector movement imo. And if you look at it on a weekly closing basis (attached), then it's made a higher weekly close than the September closing high.

Falanx (FLX.L) is a digital security firm in the AIM that's not in the HACK ETF, but is forming an interesting Stage 1 base with some heavy volume coming off of it's base in October, and nearly a 200% move off it's low since July, which is understandably now pulling back. However, it's still under long term resistance currently, and so forming a broader Stage 1 base with a clearly defined range and rising 30 week MA. So is an interesting one as has a lot of potential if the sector is indeed picking up.

The monlthy chart is nice as well on that with it just moving into Stage 1 on a monthly basis and back above the 30 month MA for the first time in 5 years.
