S&P 500 Cumulative P&F Breakouts - Breakdowns

Attached is the updated S&P 500 Cumulative P&F Breakouts - Breakdowns charts which broke below it's 50 day moving average early this week, but didn't recover back above it, and so is the most negative it's been since November last year.

The totals for the week were 15 breakouts and 33 breakdowns, which takes the total tally for the month of June to 62 breakouts and 152 breakdowns.

I've also included and extra chart which shows the straight P&F Breakouts minus Breakdowns 20 day moving average on it's own to make it clearer, as it's hard to see on the normal chart. Currently, it's in bearish territory below the November 2012 low and the zero line.

Market Breadth Update

Attached is the NYSE Bullish Percent Index and the NYSE long, medium and short term moving average breadth charts.

This week saw reversals back to a column of Xs on all the moving average breadth charts, with the short term charts reversals happening from below the key 30% level, which puts them on Bull Alert status, but still on a neutral or sell signal. The long and medium term moving average breadth charts also remain on sell signals, but the reversal to Xs moves them to Bear Correction status imo, while the NYSE Bullish Percent Index continued lower this week and so this long term risk measure remains on Bear Confirmed and Defense.
