Market Breadth Update
Attached is the NYSE Bullish Percent Index and the NYSE long, medium and short term moving average breadth charts.
This week saw reversals back to a column of Xs on all the moving average breadth charts, with the short term charts reversals happening from below the key 30% level, which puts them on Bull Alert status, but still on a neutral or sell signal. The long and medium term moving average breadth charts also remain on sell signals, but the reversal to Xs moves them to Bear Correction status imo, while the NYSE Bullish Percent Index continued lower this week and so this long term risk measure remains on Bear Confirmed and Defense.
