Volume is different in the UK and doesn't behave the same as US stocks, but you should still be looking for at least 2x the average volume on the breakout week, but the volume profile following won't look like the US stocks, so that is why I use the cumulative force index indicator for UK stocks as it gives a cleaner view of what the volume is doing imo.
