Note: one of the daily scans that I run is for Undercut and Rally type setups. Normally this has about 10 results. Tonight it had 178. So clearly a lot of reversals at the lows of ranges today, especially in small cap growth stocks.

Interesting.  Todays P&F breakouts / breakdowns is still rather negative though.  Looking at my breadth charts things seem to have become more negative, especially the % stocks above the 50 day EMA.  However, except for the most trival of pullbacks it always seems the start of a big drop before it turns so I'm not sure it it is about to turn around or get worse.
