The book i was referring to, simply highlighted one technique as the book was not about memory per se, but on peak performance. if you want memory, then focus on the various techniques of memory. I would specifically stay away from the history of, and simply focus on the practical aspect(2020-04-13, 11:31 AM)malaguti Wrote:(2020-04-12, 04:45 AM)stanhao Wrote: thank you! There may be a problem with my memory, it may be a nutritional or methodological error. Because my grades are not very good, I want to seek authoritative knowledge and methods in this regard, just like this Bible in technical analysis. Is there a Bible book about memory?there are many books on memory, mainly because there are the same techniques in use. google books on memory
as for their effectiveness, I'll give you a little story. I was struggling to remember all of the case law history and i came across a technique written about by Tony Robbins (same technique written about over an over) using mind maps. This is just one effective technique on memory enhancement and i completely smashed my exams. I used mindmaps, colored (again another visual tool) and OMG!! it was incredible to be able to visualise all of these cards, all of this information as if it were right there in front of me
They are of course like i say, just techniques. but very powerful techniques nonetheless
