Here's the overview charts of the US Bullish Percent and Moving Average Breadth.

Note: An interesting week ahead with the Nasdaq Composite closing last week above the Jan high, but still just 1% below the March failed continuation breakout high. So we could see an attempt to move back into Stage 2 in the Nasdaq this week, as it's average weekly range is over 2% and the Nasdaq 100 index broke out from it's lower range last week on Friday. So there's a possibility it could join the small caps which has been back in Stage 2 for 4 weeks now.
