Would you mind explaining how I can interpret your realtive strength posts?
They contain two plots per sector. For example for the US I'm using sector ETFs against (by default) the Wilshire 5000 index. So I plot the sector ETF and a (scaled) version of the W5000 to match. Below that I plot a relative strength graph which is the sector ETF divided by the W5000. My latest thoughts are that an appropriate period is three months.
If the relative strength graph is rising then the EFT is stronger than the W5000.
