A number stocks have come up over the last month in the Elite board watchlist that have been in Stage 2 for a long while, but could have longer term A+ potential, due to the strength of the volume coming into them and their monthly patterns. This month three of them made monthly Stage 2A breakouts on heavy relative volume and all made new multi year highs and closed the month near the top of their monthly bar. Below is their monthly charts.

PLNR - Monthly Stage 2A breakout and move to new multi year highs, with exceptional volume on the breakout at 6.5x the 12 month average, and relative performance that is outperforming above the zero line.

   


LRAD - Monthly Stage 2A breakout, but yet to close at new multi year highs, with strong volume on the breakout at 4.15x the 12 month average, and relative performance that is outperforming above a rising zero line.

   


CEP - Monthly Stage 2A breakout and move to new highs, but still short of the 2009 swing high, with strong volume on the breakout at 3x the 12 month average and relative performance that is outperforming above the zero line.
