UPL moved into early Stage 2A four weeks ago, but it is still within a much larger Stage 1 range, and is now is attempting to confirm the Stage 2A and complete a large two year head and shoulders base. Relative performance is improving above a flattening zero line, but the volume although good today is not even at one weeks average yet and so it would need to to more than double by the end of the week and price would need a strong close above the resistance for more confirmation.
