Here's one I found - SERV - looked for sector chart with early breakout then combed through the tickers. note there were not as many stocks listed in this sector, so I put a little less weight to that. But otherwise looks good. Volume followed through, its at a 10 yr high, and RS has been hovering near 0 line and crossed into positive territory.

Biotech and renewable energy sectors also appeared to be in early breakout stages but didn't get through those yet....
