Using the Relative Performance tables

Each week in the Stan Weinstein Stage Analysis thread I post the updated Relative Performance tables for the FTSE 350 sectors for our UK members. So, I thought it would be useful for some of the newer members if I gave an example of how to use the tables.

As you can see in the above 5 day change table (NMX2350) FTSE350 Sector Construction & Materials relative performance reading moved above it's zero line from being the second strongest sector of the week, which shows that the sector is now outperforming the S&P 500 on a relative basis.

If you go to: http://www.londonstockexchange.com/excha...350&page=1 you can see the constituents of the sector, which I've listed below in order of relative strength by their current weekly Mansfield RS readings

KIE.L 14.043
KLR.L 12.492
GFRD.L 7.3335
BBY.L 1.3509
CRH.L -0.1120

I've attached the long term monthly charts which show that the two laggards BBY.L and CRH.L are attempting to make monthly Stage 2A breakouts, of which CRH.L is much more advanced in it's basing. Whereas the other three in the sector have been in strong monthly Stage 2 advances over the last year. And so it looks like the entire sector might finally be getting into an advancing phase with the two laggards picking up over the last six months or so.
