Very little in the way of relative strength today. Even the defensive sectors were selling off and closed near the lows of the days.

Hitting new extremes today with only 3% of S&P 1500 stocks above their +1x ATR level, and the highest number below their -1x ATR level this year at 67.53%

NYSE Bullish Percent Index made double bottom breakdown earlier in the day, but added a further O and ended at 46.89%. So returns to Bear Confirmed P&F Status and joins the Nasdaq Bullish Percent Index.

NYSE Percentage of Stocks Above Their 20 day EMA - Comparison with 25th February 2020

Last dropped below 10% of Stocks Above Their 20 day EMA on 25th Feb 2020. So although it's extremely oversold & are watching for signs of a bounce, it could much worse. So focus on risk first.
