Attached is the updated UK and German equity index charts.

Note: The German DAX made a Stage 2 continuation breakout attempt, and closed at new highs, and there's also a glimmer of light in the UK market as well with the FTSE 250 looking like it's making a fledgling Stage 1, after a potential failed Stage 4 breakdown attempt back in October. This could be negated if it falls back below the original breakdown level again, but for the time being I'm upgrading its rating back to Stage 1.
