Where did you find out how it is built? I thought it wasnt in the book or did I skip it?

No, it wasn't in the book. Chartmill.com did a really good write up on it, as they have it available to screen for in their free scanner, which helped me to understand how to create it. But took a lot of time searching Google for any reference of it.
