Silver - Stage 1 still developing. Watching for an early breakout attempt as it approachs the top of it's recent cup and handle pattern.

A few for the US long watchlist attempting to breakout into Stage 2A - CVX, BW

       

$PYPL - Stage 2A - isatrader - 2016-03-19

PYPL - I highlighted Paypal three weeks ago on it's Stage 2A breakout day, and since then it's consolidated around that level on low volume, but stayed above the breakout level. So the Stage 2A breakout has held, although it's not made any progress. But low volume in the consolidation is good to see, and I'd like to see it will get some stronger volume come in if it attempts to continue higher.

The initial P&F target is currently $56, although that could grow if the current consolidation doesn't pullback any further before moving higher, and so there looks to be good R/R for both trader or investor methods, with the investor stop loss position around $35, and the trader stop loss around $37.

           

[Update: 24th March] PYPL is looking like a potential failed breakout attempt due to Apple announcing it's entering the online payment market, although it's still above the breakout level currently. Interested to see what happens with this one.

$VA - Stage 1 base developing - isatrader - 2016-03-23

VA - Primary Stage 1 base developing, with a strong volume move back above the 30 week MA today. Potential for a breakout attempt soon.

           

Gold pullback - watch for secondary entry points - isatrader - 2016-03-23

The Gold pullback is starting to get more interesting. So it's time to watch all those gold miners that have had huge Stage 2A breakout moves on volume since the start of the year, to see if they behave as we'd hope on the pullback. i.e. significantly lighter volume on the pullback than we saw on the breakout. As there could be lots of opportunities for lower risk entries coming up if the pullback plays out as we'd hope.

ADMP - Stage 1B breakout to 52 week highs. Potential for a Stage 2A breakout attempt through multi year resistance.

       


FIVN - Attempting to make it’s first Stage 2 continuation breakout to new highs.

       


FRAN - Early in Stage 2A. Picking up some volume this week.
