Have also noticed that. Some good accumulation going on down there. Check out HOC back in end of 2013 beginning of 2014 and also the Junior Precious Metals miners ETF, that had very similar accumulation.
OEX is on my potential trade list, but where do you get an entry in that It is so volatile.

The initial entry for the method should have been the week following the last time I highlighted it on 16th May http://stageanalysis.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=45&pid=4441#pid4441 as it attempted to breakout into Stage 2A.

True, although the following week, w/c 19th May, there was some volatility as there was a Dojo candle where it swung up then down and then closed just below support. It could have been seen as a false breakout, although looking at the MAs and the sector, and Mansfield RS, the likelyhood was for a push higher.

Yeah, personally I would have waited until last week for the strong close with volume increase above the original January high range, as needed that volume pickup. It has pulled back a bit this week, so it's in the breakout area still, but it is a volatile one like you said. So can see why you are finding it difficult to find the right entry.
Another thing to note is that OEX is dual listed in Australia and the UK, and so you need to consider both charts, especially the volume imo.
